  • Ability to organize cargo delivery on any delivery terms (EXW / FCA / FOB, etc.) from anywhere in China, using a wide network of internal consolidation warehouses.
    Calculation of cargo cost is based on the volume and weight of the cargo. Since different sections of multimodal transportation have their own formula for calculating the cost based on these two parameters, it is necessary to know the weight and volume as accurately as possible in order to form a correct offer. The minimum cargo consignment is 1 cube (500 kg), i.e. this is the minimum tariffed volume.
    The output of prefabricated containers currently follows the following schedule:

    Chongqing – Alashankou – Minsk (transit time – 12 days). Exit: Friday (weekly).

    Changsha – Manzhouli – Minsk (transit time – 15-16 days). Departure: Tuesday (weekly).

    Zhengzhou – Alashenkou – Brest-Severny – Minsk (transit time – 12 days to Brest + 3-4 days to Minsk). Exit: Tuesday/Thursday (weekly).

    * (actual date of exit may vary depending on the formation of the composition and formation of the directly collected cargo).

Sounds unusual… A few years ago it was unrealistic. For all the similarities in destinations and paperwork, there is a gulf between the two concepts. Air transportation is an order of magnitude faster than sea transportation, while sea delivery is much cheaper than air.

At the moment there is an alternative to both directions in the form of deliveries from China by rail. This option combines the speed comparable to air transportation and the cost of transportation comparable to sea transportation. Such an opportunity has arisen largely due to the fact that recently the Chinese government has been actively supporting (including with the help of financial subsidies) the direction of rail deliveries from China to Europe. The geography of container trains from China to Belarus is constantly expanding. New directions of block container trains appear almost monthly.

Along with this, the direction of consolidated cargoes formed in consolidated containers from China is also developing. The concept of “consolidated cargo” implies consolidation of several small-sized cargoes from different senders for different consignees into one container at the agent’s warehouse in China.

This option is very convenient for transportation of small-sized cargoes and small consignments of goods. A full container with all cargoes is delivered by rail from China to a railway station in Belarus with subsequent unloading at the customs warehouse “Minsk-Beltamozhservice-2”. Thus, there are no inconveniences for Chinese suppliers in organizing deliveries under the same Incoterms conditions as by sea. Moreover, based on long-term experience of work with Chinese shippers, you save on local costs in China, as they are much lower when sending prefabricated cargoes by rail than for similar deliveries by sea. At the same time, prefabricated containers are formed more often and go much faster than by sea, and the cost of such transportation practically does not differ from similar transportation of prefabricated cargoes by sea, and in some cases it is even cheaper.

At the moment we can offer our customers delivery of prefabricated cargoes by rail as part of regular shipments (at least 5 times a week), which are formed at three departure stations – Zhengzhou (Zhengzhou), Chongqing (Chongqing) and Changsha (Changsha), which are periodically joined by consoles from Xi’an and Chengdu.
