When goods are cleared under the transit customs regime, it is often necessary to secure the payment of customs duties, so-called financial guarantees. Services on customs clearance of goods and various cargoes are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. If a client turns to a customs representative, his participation in customs clearance is reduced to simple actions.

In some cases, it is possible to clear imported goods independently without the participation of a customs agent. But it is rational to carry out such a procedure without the participation of specialists only if the import supplies have already been settled, the entire cargo is of the same type and you have enough time for direct interaction with the customs authorities.
What documents will be required to import any products into the country
- Invoice, which provides information on consignees and consignors. Invoices contain detailed data about the delivered cargo: name, value, article and other information.
CMR-bill, packing lists.
HS codes for each product.
Document that confirms the origin of products.
Sanitary-hygienic and phytosanitary certificate, as well as other written confirmations, reports, documents.Original papers or their electronic copies shall be submitted to the state authorities.
What documents are required for customs clearance of imported cargo?
Any goods that are exported outside of the Republic of Belarus or imported must undergo clearance. The procedure for submitting documents follows the following scheme:
preparation of goods distribution documentation (the package of documents must be submitted to the customs authorities);
cargo declaration;
payment of state duty.
If a customs broker is involved in the procedure, at the first stage your actions are limited only to paying the necessary duties. But in order to pick up the cleared goods, your personal presence is required. It is also possible to transfer the goods to a trusted person.
