Invoice (invoice) for transportation, loading, unloading, reloading of goods (with indication of expenses for transportation to the customs territory of the EEU and on the customs territory of the EEU), for provision of insurance services.
Documents confirming the origin of goods (certificates, declarations of origin, etc.).
Documents confirming compliance with prohibitions and restrictions (measures of non-tariff regulation, measures of technical regulation, etc.), i.e. authorization documents for import or export of goods (provision of such documents depends on the classification code of the HS of the EAEU of the goods).
Documents and information required for classification of goods in accordance with the HS of the EAEU, containing a description, purpose and principle of operation of such goods.
Notification of placement of goods in the customs control zone.
Payment orders confirming the payment of customs duties.
Documents confirming the granting of privileges on payment of customs payments (if such privileges are granted).
Contract of assignment for customs operations concluded with the customs representative of Aerostar LLC.

In addition, the following may be required: translation of documents, if the documents are originally drawn up in a foreign language, as well as a breakdown with specification of clarifying information about each commodity item (name of goods, quantity, cost, gross weight, net weight, trade mark, manufacturer of goods, article, country of origin). The submitted documents must be certified in accordance with the established procedure.
