Shipment Tracking

Using the service is quite simple: enter your air waybill number (abw) in the corresponding fields. In the first field: the first three digits are the prefix of the airline, in the second field – eight digits – the serial number of departure. If you do not know exactly at which terminal your cargo should arrive, you should check both tracking systems in turn. If the service does not provide information about your shipment, it may mean that the shipment either has not yet departed, or has arrived, but has not been entered into the accounting system when placed in the warehouses of terminals. Once in the accounting system, the site displays information:

on air waybill parameters (number, date, number of seats, weight, volumetric weight, airport of departure, airport of destination, flight number)

about cargo parameters (number of places, number of kilograms placed in the warehouse)

Attention! Here you should be especially careful and check whether the number of places and weight of the cargo placed in the warehouse coincides with the weight and number of places indicated in your air waybill.

If there is a discrepancy in the figures, the reason must be clarified, because transit will not be possible in this situation.

Customs information and cargo processing history follow (there may be a request for customs inspection and its results).
In the customs information, when transit is issued, data with the goods declaration number appears – opening of customs transit, and notification of the date and time of cargo release

The following statuses are the history of cargo processing: the need to de-consolidate / cargo is de-consolidated, cargo is accepted, cargo is ready for release, notification of the consignee, documents are issued, notification of cargo release, creation of a mat. pass for cargo export, cargo is released indicate that there is a process of paperwork by our driver before loading.

The status “cargo is issued in full” – loading is completed.
